Marilyn's Story

Marilyn Ackerman's place in the Rejuvenation Olympics comes from 30 years of meditation, supplementation, exercise and keeping good habits as best as she can. Mariyn's daily routine consists of first, meditation for 15 minutes. She was a student of guided visualization, a form of self hypnosis and then a teacher for small groups. After that she has a wheatgrass drink with lemon and then exercises for about an hour which includes a 1 mile jog or rebounder session for 20 minutes and then light work with weights including oscillatory exercises. She drinks herbal tea during the day which she blends the herbs for herself. After exercise comes a shot of olive oil mixed with resveratrol. Then the workday starts. Lunch is always an avocado and unsalted nuts with fruits, vegetables and hard-boiled eggs or homemade yogurt. She takes daily supplements with lunch. Dinner is varied and very healthy. Marilyn was born in 1972 in Birmingham, Mi. She lives in Longmont, Colorado where her 2 adult sons are nearby. She sells real estate and runs a large AirBnB where you can have her cater concierge health services. When she is not working, she is often hiking in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
